How is educator mantra different from other tuition services?
Educator Mantra does not only arrange for teachers and connect the students to teachers. We as a consulting firm take complete responsibility of your ward for their ultimate success.
We track the performance of the student at regular intervals and take feedback from both students and parents. We conduct sessions with parent to understand their need and provide learning plan accordingly.
Additionally, there are sample papers, worksheets readily available for students to improve their exam preparations. We provide ECC (Exam Content Coverage) before all board exams which help students to prepare for the relevant questions / most probable questions to be asked during board exams.
Furthermore – our career counselling services also work closely with students to bring the best in them and identify their core skills and select an adequate path for their career. We also help students come up the learning curve if we realize that student is going through few challenges, whether emotional or in any other aspect.
Educator Mantra has a strong online platform where we have readily available videos to watch on important topics to clear students’ concepts. These videos are created by our highly skilled teachers having wide experience of group and private coaching.
What is the basic eligibility of tutors in educator mantra?
We, at Educator Mantra have a strong resource pool of more than 1500+ qualified teachers in our panel. All educators before getting registered in our panel must go through a screening process, where we assess them based on their academic excellence, relevant experience and milestones achieved. After passing through the screening – we onboard educators and monitor them for a period of 6 to 12 months with strong feedback mechanism on their performance from students and their parents.
What concept or methodology is followed by Educator Mantra to support students?
We create customized plan for each student based on their strength and weaknesses. Our teachers / educators do assess them in the first few sessions before directly dwelling into teaching. We bring out the best in students in line with their interest and skills. We believe not every student is made to become an engineer or a doctor or a lawyer – but we shape them up what they want to become. What is the base location of educator mantra?
Educator Mantra is registered in Patna, Bihar. However, we are a PAN India firm helping students across the country and abroad with their learning & coaching needs. Our regional offices (we call them home centres) are based in Patna, Delhi and Noida which currently manage all the operations across all states. Coming Soon are our new home centres in Bangalore, Lucknow, Mumbai to enhance the local approachability of students with our offices.
