This agreement is made between Educator Mantra (EM) Firm (educational consultant), referred to here as the 1st party, and educator/teacher referred to as the 2nd party.
While the 1st party is responsible to provide student details & leads to the 2nd party regarding tuition services, the 2nd party is obligated to render tuition services to the assigned customer(s) as per EM policy.
EM Policy: EM.101:
Educator Mantra (EM) is responsible for handover of the student details to contracted educator.
1st class for each lead will be a trial class for the educator. EM will not pay any fees to the educator.
It is the sole responsibility of the educator to provide best services to the lead student to confirm the case.
EM will connect with parent / teacher post the trial class for feedback and confirmation of services, including confirmation of monthly fees.
Educators will not connect directly with any parent or student to confirm lead. If EM finds such connection, EM will discontinue the contract and cancel all current and future student leads.
All payments from students/parents will be collected directly by EM via payment gateway or other payment channels. EM will pay tuition fees to the educator.
No educator must ask for fees directly from students or parents under any circumstances.
Educators are under contractual obligation with EM for payment of services provided.
Educators must update EM post each class for reconciliation and salary processing. Required details will be provided separately.
Post lead confirmation, EM will deduct 35% of the first month’s fees as service charge from the educator’s salary.
EM will charge 5% of monthly fees for each student as service charge for ongoing support, feedback collection, and parent-teacher session management.
This 5% monthly fee will also be used for lead procurement, educator promotions, and marketing support.
